Additive Manufacturing

What is 3D Printing?

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, has come a long way since its inception in the 1980s. While 3D printing originated as a tool for rapid prototyping, it has now expanded to cover a number of different technologies. The evolution of 3D printing has seen a rapid growth in the number of companies adopting the technology. The uses and applications differ amongst industries, but generally speaking, they include tooling aids, visual and functional prototypes, and even end-use parts.

Zekes 3D has a fleet of FDM printers currently and will soon launch its SLS and SLA service.

We can print in 1-5 days.  But it depends on the size of the object. The larger it is, the longer it takes to print. The volume prints also matter. Cleaning and polishing also adds production time. Every print is cleaned and polished so you only get the best result every single time.
