CNC Milling

What is CNC milling?

CNC mills are automated cutting machines using a rotating spindle-head to cut away unwanted material. CNC milling accommodates a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, ceramics, and other engineered materials, making it easy for manufacturers to choose a material that suits their exact needs. Most milling machines cut vertically (Z-axis) and in an X and Y direction. The cutting tools are attached to a spindle that works on three linear axes. They can spin at thousands of RPM, meaning even the sturdiest materials can be cut through easily and accurately.

Currently, Zekes 3D have 3 & 4-axis milling machines. A 3-axis machine is best for producing parts with relatively simple geometries at a low cost. 4-axis can produce parts with more complex geometries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Prices are based on the structure of the part, order volume, materials used and manufacturing process.

We normally can convert all formats. However, we prefer  STP and STEP files.

Please email us at [email protected] with your material requirement. We can check with our certified suppliers.

We can manufacture in 2-7 days depending on the size of the object. The larger it is, the longer it takes to manufacture. The volume parts also matter. Cleaning and polishing also add production time. Every part is cleaned and polished so you only get the best result every single time.

The best way to have an estimation is to email us the files/pictures to review at [email protected]

Yes, we can ship anywhere around the globe.
